Who we are

BBP is a local, family-owned supplementary staffing organization dedicated to serving our community and your loved ones. We currently provide support to seven long-term care homes in the Quinte region. It is our mission and passion to assist you and your loved ones, enabling them to thrive at home, because we believe there’s truly no place like home.

Founded in 2023 by Bhavik Patel and Lindsey Dafoe, BBP has quickly established a strong reputation for delivering exceptional staffing solutions to long-term care homes in the Quinte Region. Within just a year, we have expanded our support to seven homes, ensuring superb quality care for all. Bhavik Patel, an RN with over 24 years of nursing experience, 11 years of teaching at the post-secondary level and also previously served as a Director of Care. This role has equipped him with a deep understanding of the needs of both individuals and organizations. We recognize that illness, injury, aging, and disability can make it challenging to remain at home.
